These terms and conditions of use ("terms") are a binding contract between favoursplus.com.au and you ("you"). Before using the favoursplus.com.au website (the "site"), please read these terms relating to your use of the site carefully. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the site. Ubuydirect.com.au provides the information and services on the site to you conditioned upon our acceptance, without modification, of the terms.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms periodically. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean that You accept those changes. To update the Terms, we will both post the changed version and its effective date on the Site.

favoursplus.com.au reserves the right from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof). favoursplus.com.au will not be liable to You or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance.
 

Use of the Site


This Site is intended for use by persons who are at least 18 years old. If You are under 18 years old, please do not use this Site. favoursplus.com.au does not knowingly solicit or accept personally identifiable information from users known to be under 18 years of age. By using the Site, You are representing and warranting that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
 

Correction of Errors, Inaccuracies and limitation on Quantity

 We makes every reasonable effort to present accurate information on this web site, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please see our returns policy for details on how to obtain a refund.

 

Disclaimer

We try our best to represent and describe our products as accurately and truly as possible, due to variances among colour monitors the colours that appear on your screen may not be 100% accurate, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on screen is going to be the exact colour you will get, especially for personalised stickers and tags. If in doubt please order a sample before placing a bulk order. We will not be held responsible for colour variations under any circumstance.


Disposable cameras: 

Please note that disposable cameras are built to the "Average" Specifications for "general" photos, indoor or outdoor etc.  The focus range is about 1 - 3 meter, if a flash is use the subjuet must be under 3m for the flash to be effective.  If your pictures turn our blank or scratchy, that usually means you have not have your flash on when use under poor lighting or the camera is not being wind up when taking a picture. This happens in many cases where your guests do not know how to use the cameras correctly. We do not under any circumstance be responsible for poor pictures taken and we strictly do not refund nor exchange on used cameras.  Please understand that disposable cameras are not meant to replace your profesional photos in any way.

 

REFUND and EXCHANGE (Accept for Paper Stationery)  

- No exchange or refund on sale items
- All exchanges and refunds must be in its original condition and packaging
- 10% restocking fee applicable to all exchanges and refunds with proof of purchase (Invoice with your Order number)
- No exchange or refund for purchases over 28 days
- Postages are non-refundable under any circumstances!
- Customers are responsible for the postages of returning good.
- Faulty goods need to be returned to us in its original packaging with proof of purchase for refunds or exchanges within 28 days of Purchase.


Please note that it's the customer's responsiblity to check the goods upon arrival and notify us if there's any problem, as we strictly do not refund, replace nor exchange after 28 days! 

 

 

REFUND:


If for any reason you're not happy with anything you buy from us and wish for a refund, simply email us within 7 days of receipt of the product and quote your order number, then return the goods to our warehouse and we will refund you via whatever payment method you used to pay us with.

• All products must be returned within seven days of receipt.
• The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact.
• No returns or exchanges on personalised, edible, or sale items
• All Exchanges and refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee (less postages).
• No returns or refund after 28 days of purchased.
• Strickly no refund/exchange on Personalised and Edible Items!

 


EXCHANGE:


If your have purchased the wrong size, colours or simply changed your mind. You may exchanged within 28 days of purchased. You will need to email us quoting your order number and provide you own prepaid bag (5kg) for the exchange. If the return product do not fit in the 5kg, we will charge you a postage fee for the exchange. All exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fees.

We do not exchange after 28 days of receipt of goods.

 


Who is responsible for postages in the case of a refund or exchange?

• Customers are responsible, unless we ship you the wrong item.

REFUND and EXCHANGE (on Paper Stationery)

 

Paper Colours: Colours vary from one computer monitor to another computer monitor. Hence, the colour on your screen is only an indication of the actual stock colour, not an exact match.
Printer Compatibility: Compatible is not a guarantee. As there are so many different printers with different inks, printing processes and feeding mechanisms, it is impossible to guarantee that the paper you order will be 100% compatible with your specific printer.

As we do not keep stock of A4 paper, Designer paper, envelops, pre-cut paper etc, these are all made-to-order therefore we suggest you choose carefully as we trickly DONOT refund nor exchange for over ordering stationery, incorrect ordering or a simple change of mind. We strongly recommend you make a small order before placing a larger one. (Please note that the paper manufacturer does not allow us to return any stationary that we ordered for you.)

 


Cancellation:

All personalised and edible products that we have to order fresh like Chocolate Brownies, Fortune Cookies and Chocolate Hearts/Stars cannot be cancelled, once the order is placed, it's final! There will be no exchange, cancel nor refund allowed under any circumstances, so please think carefully before ordering. 


 

Promotions:

All prices stated on the website may vary from time to time due to any promotions running on the website at the time. When a discount code is offer, it is up to the customer’s to type in the coupon code at the time of the transaction to ensure that you'll get the discount. Once a transaction is committed and if a coupon code was not used, Favors Plus will not refund the difference nor honour the discount.

 
Prices in the showroom can be different to the prices on the website due to the varies promotions running at the time. Favors Plus does not have to honour the sale price as stated on the website in the showroom. When purchasing at the showrrom, customer's can mention any sale prices that they see on the website at the day of purchase and we will try our best to give you the same price as it's displayed online at the time, however this is up to the manager’s discretion to honour it. Once a purchase is made, it is final!
